Boredom in the workplace and its relationship to life satisfaction among recreation and leisure professionals

This study examined the relationship between job boredom and life satisfaction among recreation leisure professionals. Data was collected from 346 members of Florida Recreation Parks Association. A set regression analyses were used to find out if improved prediction differences in demographic variables The findings suggest that is a negative predictor satisfaction. Recreational professionals who experience at work less likely be satisfied their lives. Age years profession significantly related Older more experienced get bored workplace than younger ones. Suggestions made based on results study. It implied administrators may develop appropriate decisions reduce levels, increase satisfaction, improve individuals’ by examining which employees feel workplace.
